Your Role As a Production Engineer, you will be a key person in our manufacturing. You will work broadly to develop, improve, and secure our production processes – always with quality, safety, and efficiency in focus. The role involves both analytical improvement work and practical support in production.

Your responsibilities include;

• analyzing and optimizing production flows
• participating in and driving improvement projects
• developing work instructions and production documentation
• introducing new products and processes into production
• collaborating with production teams to solve technical challenges
• production preparation

You will be part of a customer team and contribute to everything from new customer projects to changes in existing products. You will report to one of our production managers.

Your Profile We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in production engineering combined with several years of experience in the same field within the manufacturing industry.

You thrive in the intersection of technology, analysis, and practical improvement work and are confident in both preparation and flow optimization. To succeed in this role, we know that you have;

• experience in production engineering work
• understanding of lean, flow optimization, or similar methodologies
• good technical understanding and experience working closely with production
• ability to collaborate, communicate, and create engagement

As a person, you are structured and analytical, with the ability to create order and optimize flows even when many details need to be managed simultaneously. Above all, you are engaged and driven to take initiative, develop work methods, and contribute to making production as efficient and safe as possible. This is a role where you will have a lot of customer contact, so your communication skills are one of your greatest strengths.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with the business system Monitor is highly desirable.

About the Company Cenova is one of Sweden's leading contract manufacturers of medical technology products in cleanroom environments. Cenova offers the entire chain from development through industrialization and assembly to distribution of products manufactured in ISO-classified cleanrooms. We have extensive experience in injection molding, vacuum forming, and product assembly. Our customers are both in Sweden and on the international market and are often large multinational companies.

Cenova is a company with about 100 employees and approximately 40 staffing consultants. In 2024, we had a turnover of 188 million SEK, and our goal for the next 5 years is to expand by 10-15% per year.

Cenova is in a continued expansion phase that involves significant changes and therefore needs to strengthen the organization with an additional production manager. The location is Mjölby, and you will report to our operational manager.
